A price that reflects the estate you operate
A bigger school runs a bigger estate: more buildings, more statutory requirements, more contractor activity and more evidence to keep current. Pupils on roll is the simple, verifiable stand-in for all of it.
- Pupils on roll
- A transparent, verifiable starting point. A larger school runs a larger estate.
- School phase
- Primary and secondary estates carry different statutory workloads, so they start from different prices.
- Buildings and estate complexity
- More buildings and sites mean more recurring checks, more contractor visits and more evidence to keep current.
- Rollout and implementation
- Trust-wide rollout, historical migration and bespoke integration requirements vary, and may affect the proposal.
Historical migration and bespoke integration requirements may also affect the proposal. Unusual or complex estates are priced individually.
Join as a Founding Customer
Founding Customers receive preferential pricing in return for an active working relationship with the founding team during EduComply's early commercial phase. The programme is limited to the first 100 contracted school licences, including eligible trust-wide agreements.
- What it is
- Preferential pricing in return for an active working relationship with the founding team during EduComply’s early commercial phase.
- Who qualifies
- The first 100 contracted school licences, including schools joining through eligible trust-wide agreements. A place is associated with a paid contracted school licence, not a demonstration or an informal expression of interest.
- What is expected
- An active subscription and structured feedback as the product develops. This is a structured early-partner programme, not a short-term promotional discount.
- How long it lasts
- The preferential rate is protected for the subscribed core package while the subscription remains continuously active, subject to the agreement and normal contractual or inflationary adjustments.
Founding Customers also get
- Guided onboarding and UK-based support
- Historical evidence ingestion within the agreed implementation scope
- Direct access to the founding team
- A structured route to feed back as the product develops
Future optional modules, additional schools, complex migrations and bespoke integrations may be priced separately. EduComply may close the programme before all places are allocated.

Not just somewhere to record compliance
Traditional systems help you organise the admin. EduComply does the recurring work itself: reading the certificate, updating the record, raising the follow-ups and setting the next renewal date.
| Traditional compliance software | EduComply |
|---|---|
| Records what is due | Drives the renewal workflow |
| Staff coordinate contractors by email | Contractors book permitted school slots |
| Staff upload and read certificates | Routine evidence is read and filed for you |
| Staff update the compliance record | The evidence updates the position itself |
| Staff manually create follow-up work | Findings become owned, dated actions on their own |
| Staff chase missing certificates | EduComply chases the contractor after the visit |
| Dashboards reflect manual entry | Statuses trace back to evidence and decisions |
Routine evidence runs on its own, and anything unclear goes to a person to review. The compliance decisions, and the accountability for them, stay with your team.
Pricing for MATs and multi-site groups
Trust proposals reflect the number and mix of schools, estate complexity, rollout, historical data and operational scope. You can see how each school arrives at its price, rather than a single group figure nobody can take apart.
- One annual agreement
- Central trust configuration
- School-by-school rollout
- Historical evidence planning
- Trust-wide reporting and permissions
- Complex migration or bespoke integrations scoped separately
Pricing questions
Is £349 the price for every primary school?
No. It is the starting Founding Customer price. Exact pricing reflects pupils on roll and the estate’s expected compliance workload.
Is £899 the price for every secondary school?
No. It is the starting Founding Customer price. Exact pricing reflects pupils on roll and estate complexity.
Why do you not publish every price band?
Each trust and non-standard estate can vary significantly in school mix, buildings, historical data and implementation requirements. EduComply publishes its starting prices and provides a clear proposal for the actual scope.
What happens after the Founding Customer Programme closes?
New customers will receive the standard pricing applicable at that time. Existing Founding Customers retain the preferential rate for their subscribed core package while continuously active, subject to their agreement and normal adjustments.
Does the Founding rate include every future feature?
It covers the current subscribed core package and normal product updates. Future optional modules, additional services, additional schools and materially expanded scope may be priced separately.
How are pupil numbers reviewed?
Pupil numbers are declared at subscription and normally reviewed at renewal.
Can a MAT secure places for a phased rollout?
A phased rollout may be agreed as part of a signed trust proposal. Uncontracted schools do not automatically reserve programme places.
What historical evidence is included?
Historical evidence ingestion is included for Founding Customers within the implementation scope set out in the proposal. Complex cleansing, reconstruction or migration may be separately scoped.
Are there per-user charges?
No. Unlimited users are included.
Are there document-processing charges?
There is no routine per-document charge under normal usage. Unusual volumes or specialist migration work may be addressed in the proposal.
Are implementation fees charged?
Guided onboarding is included. Complex migration, bespoke integration or unusually demanding implementation may be quoted separately.
Can a trust run a pilot?
A 30-day trial or structured pilot may be offered with an agreed scope, data limit, commercial decision point and onboarding arrangement.
What happens when a trust adds another school?
Additional schools are priced under the commercial terms applicable when they are added, unless already included in a signed rollout agreement.
Why does EduComply cost more than a basic digital logbook?
Because a logbook stores what you put into it. EduComply reads the certificate itself, updates the compliance record, books and chases the contractor, raises the follow-up work and keeps the position backed by evidence.
